Running again!
To improve my poor english, I decided to write blog in english. If you find anything like wrong words or chinese english, please advice me immediately, I will be very obliged to you for helping me.
Last time I ran at night every day for losing weight, and reduced about 25 jin after I kept at it for 3 months. But this year, because my “Perfect Rebound”, I had to reduce 25 jin again.
As the saying is, it’s easy to lose weight but hard to keep it.
just some small suggestions, english should always type as English with capital letter, i would write like “I ran every night”. btw what is Perfect Rebound mean？
